I fell in love with it at first sight and bought the black one, but when it arrived, it had a defect, so I asked for an exchange due to initial failure. The exchange was done smoothly thanks to the quick response, but the next one also had a defect, and the one after that also had a defect... I was disappointed that all three were initial failures. I really liked the design, so I'm not happy about it. It said in the email that it was inspected by multiple people, but it's still strange that it had a defect. Please check more carefully next time. But I still have other bags that I'm interested in, so I might buy them again.
