When will my order ship?

In-stock items will be shipped within 2business days, Monday through Friday. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese holidays.) Pre-order items will be shipped after the items are received at HAYNI.

How can I track my order?

Shipping is handled by International EMS or  International ePacket from JAPAN.
All orders can be tracked at the website. Click here for tracking your shipment.
Dates required for the shipment may also be affected by the standard of EMS and delivery situations of each countries.

When will my order arive?

International shipping from Japan typically arrives at your destination within 7 to 14 days from the dispacthed date. If your package has not arrived after 14 days, please contact the local postal service with your tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service by 8am JST(Japan Standard Time) the day after your order is placed. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Can I amend my order?

Please contact Customer Service by 8am JST(Japan Standard Time) the day after your order is placed. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be amend.
When amending an order, the things we can easily change for you are delivery addresses, contact information, color change within the same product and gift option.
If you’re looking to add or change another item to your order, we suggest placing a separate order.

Can I return a product?

You can return 30 days after receiving your item(s). If you wish to make a return, please send an email via contact form with your name and order number included in the message.

Do I have to cover the return shipping costs?

The return shipping costs will be covered by our store. Please temporarily pay the shipping fee when sending the return. Once the returned item arrives at our store, we will refund the shipping costs to you. We will provide more detailed instructions when you request a return, so please check your email.
