Where will the package be shipped from?

We will be shipped your order out from Osaka, Japan.

How much is the shipping fee?

    Shipping fees vary depending on your location.

    How can I track my order?

    International shipping is handled by INTERNATIONAL EMS or International ePacket from JAPAN.
    All orders can be tracked at the website.  Click here for tracking your shipment.
    Dates required for the shipment may also be affected by the standard of EMS and delivery situations of each countries.

    Which is the shipping company?

    Japan post EMS or ePacket with tracking number from Japan.

    How long does it take to arrive the order?

    The product is delivered within 3-6 days according to the destination.
     *It might be longer on thanks giving and holiday season.
     NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

    Can I return the item?

    You can return the item within 14 days after it arrives. 
    To start a return, you can contact us at support@hayni.jp with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.

    Is it possible to exchange items?

    If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item first and, after we receive the return, please make a new purchase for the desired item. 

     If you want to return an item, plrase contact us ( support@hayni.jp ) before you arrange teh return.

    Can I cancel my order?

    We accept cancellations before ship out, so please don't worry. We will reply during business hours from our store.
