<Suspension of U.S. Shipping (from September 2025)> 

As of September 2025, due to the discontinuation of the de minimis rule in the United States and subsequent changes in customs duties, we have temporarily suspended shipping services to the U.S.  
We will announce once the service resumes. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

How long does it take to place an order and to receive the product?

The product is delivered within 3-10 days according to the destination.

How can I track my order?

International shipping is handled by INTERNATIONAL EMS or  International ePacket from JAPAN.
All orders can be tracked at the website.  Click here for tracking your shipment.
Dates required for the shipment may also be affected by the standard of EMS and delivery situations of each countries.

 

Duties and taxes

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. If any such charges apply, they must be paid by the recipient.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs-related fees, the package may be returned or discarded by the carrier or customs authorities. In such cases, original shipping fees and any additional costs incurred may not be refundable.
